BeeDNS (the “App”) is a simple and efficient DNS record management tool. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information related to you. Please read it carefully before using the App.
Our Core Commitment
The App operates no servers and does not collect, upload, or store any of your personal information. The cloud provider API keys, domains, and DNS records you configure are stored only locally on your device, and are not accessible to us or any third party.
How We Handle Your Information
1. Cloud Provider Credentials
To manage your DNS records, you provide API keys / tokens for cloud providers (such as Alibaba Cloud and Cloudflare). These credentials are encrypted and stored only in your device's local secure storage. They are never sent to any server of ours (we do not operate any servers).
2. Domain and DNS Data
When you view or modify DNS records, the App communicates directly with the official API of the cloud provider you selected. Requests are sent from your device straight to the provider, without passing through any intermediary server of ours. Domains, resolution records, and operation logs are likewise stored only locally on your device.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or email;
- We do not collect your device location;
- We do not access your contacts, photos, messages, or other private data;
- We do not embed any advertising or third-party analytics / tracking SDKs.
Third-Party Services
The App interacts directly with the cloud provider APIs you choose to configure (e.g. Alibaba Cloud, Cloudflare). When you use these features, your requests are subject to each provider's own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them:

Data Security
The App uses the secure storage mechanisms provided by your device's operating system to encrypt sensitive credentials. Because data is stored only locally, please keep your device safe. Uninstalling the App deletes all data the App has stored on your device.
Children's Privacy
The App is a general-purpose utility. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
